These terms cover your use of oasisatgoldspike.com and the basics of staying with us. Your reservation confirmation from Cloudbeds contains the rate, dates and rules that apply to your specific booking; where they differ, the confirmation controls.
Reservations and payment
- The first night plus tax is charged when you book. The balance and the nightly amenity fee are due at check-in.
- Rates are per room, per night, and exclude tax and the nightly amenity fee unless stated otherwise.
- A valid government photo ID and a physical major credit card in the guest’s name are required at check-in. A $100 incidental hold is placed on the card and released within 3 to 7 business days after checkout.
- Promo and member rates (AAA, AARP, military and similar) require the matching ID or card at check-in. Without it the standard rate for the stay applies.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival at no charge. Inside 48 hours, or for a no-show, the first night plus tax is charged. Rooms are held until 3:00 AM the morning after the arrival date. Some special rates are non-refundable; the confirmation says so.
House rules
- Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout depend on availability and may carry a fee.
- Guests checking in must be 21 or older. The Gold Spike Tower is 21+ only. Children are welcome in Oasis rooms.
- The pool is for registered guests from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There is no lifeguard; swim at your own risk. No glass on the pool deck.
- All rooms and indoor spaces are smoke-free. A cleaning fee applies to smoking in rooms.
- Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals are welcome.
- The maximum stay is 14 consecutive nights.
