Sugar Shack

You never have to leave the party with the Sugar Shack, Oasis at Gold Spike’s ultimate nightlife accessory. A Traveler XL Tiny Home, the partially solar-powered Sugar Shack sits in the heart of our Gold Spike tower’s courtyard and boasts 344 square feet including a queen bed on the main floor and full bed in the elevated loft, as well as a table with seating for 4 and bathroom amenities. The Sugar Shack also features a small front yard with a seating area and a fire pit.

Real World Suite

7th Floor Penthouse Suite featured in MTV’s The Real World. This Suite is 5000 sq.ft. and comes with a large living room space, big screen TV, Pool Table, 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 queen beds, and a huge bathroom with large walk-in showers. There are 3 rooftop patios with great views of the downtown area and the Gold Spike back yard. The Real World Suite is also perfect for meetings, special group events or parties.
