The Pink Tutu Ballet is an NYC based, touring professional that offers classes in yoga, Barre, pilates, Reformer, Zumba, ballroom dance and more. The Pink Tutu also combines classical ballet with innovative choreography to classical and progressive music.

Uptown Children’s Boutiques sells kid’s apparel, artwork and toys while Sassy’s features a variety mainly women’s clothing. Vegas Flip Flops specializes in summer footwear. According to a recent Las Vegas Review-Journal article, businesses are permitted to sign leases for as short as three months.
