Stay at Oasis hotel for OktoberFrightFest!

If you’re looking to visit Las Vegas in the month of October, there are several events and entertainment opportunities available. But, to make sure you get your Halloween fix in Sin City, visit Downtown Las Vegas for a holiday you won’t forget.

Fremont Street is celebrating it’s 7th annual OktoberFrightFest from October 5 – November 1, a festival that combines Oktoberfest and Halloween for a month-long street party. The Viva Vision light show on Fremont will feature “Time Warp” and “Monster Mash.”

OktoberFrightFest is featuring free performances from:

“Frank & The Steins”

“A live musical revue of classic Halloween songs that will make audiences dance, laugh, sing and scream. Featuring songs like “Psycho Killers,” “Spooky,” “Time Warp,” and “Ghostbusters.

“Frank & The Steins” will perform free shows nightly on the 1st Street Stage (near Binion’s and Golden Nugget) Oct. 5 through Nov. 1, 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (dark Oct. 9, 16 and 23).”

“Vampire Rising”

“Vampire Rising will perform three themed sets on 3rd Street Stage (between Four Queens and The D Las Vegas). The band will be costumed like dearly-departed rock stars and will feature Warren Zevon’s “Werewolves of London,” “Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns & Roses and Blue Oyster Cult’s “Don’t Fear the Reaper.” Vampire Rising will perform Oct. 7 to Oct. 30, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 p.m. to midnight; Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (dark on Oct. 18).”

“Halloween Hotties”

“This sexy, crowd-pleasing show features all your favorite performers from the long-running “Hotties Summer Nights” show. The show happens on the Main Street Stage (by the Golden Gate casino) Oct. 6 through Oct. 31, 2014 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.”
