COVID-19 GUIDELINES

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to be a major concern for everyone, we are instituting practices that are put in place to manage our operation in the safest, most thoughtful way possible to protect our team members and guests that are on property.

Oasis at Gold Spike has stepped up precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. We have an action plan and training program in place that will reduce the potential spread of the virus.  These processes are based on both SNHD (Southern Nevada Health Department) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) recommended guidelines.

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU

All guests who booked directly through the hotel website will receive a Pre-Arrival Check-In email that allows guests to sign for their registration and pay for their stay prior to arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests will then pick up the keys to their room at the front desk.

In addition, we have kiosks to allow guests to do Self Check In. Hand sanitizer is available in the lobby for guests to sanitize their hands prior to touching the kiosks.

BECAUSE WE CARE

Express check out boxes are available inside and outside the lobby area. Guests may drop their keys at check out and are not required to notify the front desk of their departure, unless they are leaving earlier than the scheduled departure date on their reservation.

DIGITAL ENHANCEMENT DESIGNED FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING

We now offer contactless guest services that include front desk text messaging for guest service support, requests and check out. To contact the front desk, text +17029351885 or call +17027689823

KEEPING YOU SAFE IS IMPORTANT TO US

Guestrooms will be sanitized using hospital grade sanitizing agents. The frequency of cleaning is tailored to the guests’ individual requirements. Do not Disturb signs are available in the room if guests do not want anyone entering the guest room. We offer new trash bags, bath amenities and fresh towels upon request. The front desk is open 24/7 to receive requests whenever needed.

WE’RE ONLY AS STRONG AS OUR TEAM

Our team members are equipped with protective equipment such as masks and gloves, will maintain a 6-foot distance where possible and will employ operating procedures to ensure guest comfort and safety at all times. Each team member undergoes a wellness check before the start of their shift and is trained on hygiene and prevention measures. New team members will undergo further health and safety training prior to joining the team.

As new information becomes available, we will continue to grow our efforts in this plan as directed by public health experts to ensure we remain vigilant in our journey to provide the most up-to-date courses of action to keep our guests safe. If you have any questions or if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to someone in management.
